Vibration at low speed under load.

Have just finished 46 Ford Street Rod, 350 motor, 350 Trans. Flowmaster Super 40 mufflers.  This vibration comes in when motor is under load at low speed.  Have been told the mufflers could cause this since we were restricted from putting in "H" Pipe. Any ideas would be welcome.
