Well Ivan every blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while. I'm a retired Big Block dirt modified circle track driver that got married bought a house and had a bueatiful little girl. Racing was out of my reach now my car was soon to be out dated I had no sponsors and an offer came along to sell all that I had so the time to quit was here. I love to spend time on the internet looking at cars and ect... One day I stumble across this picture of a 1933 ford coupe that looks much diffrent from those that I have seen at car shows in the Pittsburgh area where I live. It was a 1933 Ford Speedstar Coupe designed by Bobby Alloway. Who is Bobby Alloway? I never heard of the guy I race dirt track ya know. So I do some home work look on line for the car and find out tons of info. My racecar sold and I saved enough money to start this huge project. I ordered a Rats glass body Alloway frame and a front IRS suspention from heidts suspention products. All of this was new to me I had no idea what I was in for! This was 2 1/2 years ago. Well I was just in the garage today and I need to order a drive shaft and run my wiring to pull it out of my garage. Im a Diesel mechanic that has little money to spend but piece by piece I slowly get closer to making my dream a reality. I cut no corners thougt this car is built for show fully polished front and rear and I hope 2 years from now to put it in paint and have the interior done. So far I have done all of the fabrication work myself with little help I look at internet photos of other cars to understand how some parts of the car go together. I want to pay for a pro to do the interior cause I worked to hard for this to make the inside look sloppy. I have pictures on My Space of the car and the sight is public. My name is Tommy Marshall III You can find the pictures with my e-mail address testpilot18@hotmail.com on a myspace search. I hope I can be on street rodder magazine some day and bring a little of the the blue collar rodding world back. Dreams do come true it just takes time. Send me an E-mail if you like. Tommy
