i have a kugel components 180 degree under the dash that feeds to a block in the firewall and then goes down the line to each wheel.  do the break lines have to be going downhill imediately from the unit?  can't get pedal to stay up.  have to keep pumping up breaks.  i have brand new all disk breaks all the way around.

Do you have the spring that holds up the pedal, so it doesn't go to the floor?

Sam-

You did not mention if the master cylinder is "new" from Kugel, or used.  If it is new, I would contact Kugel.  If used, disconnect both brake lines from the master cylinder and plug them.  MP Brakes and NAPA sell the plugs.  If after doing this the pedal pressure is retained, your master cylinder is not at fault and the trouble is somewhere else.

Hope this is helpful.
