Hi there, I`m just writing in to let fellow rodders know beware of It`s A Snap Wire And Cable. I bought one of their wiper kits  When I installed it I found out it had a defective drive unit. I called It`s a snap all I got is a person telling me that I was on my own !  So I`m out the money,and now ordering another kit SPW.   So rodders beware of shady people just out there to get our hard earned money please pass this on to your freinds  thanks for your time  

Did you attempt to speak with upper management, customer service or the owner?  Most companies are going to at least attempt to make it right.  BUT, if all that you said is true, sounds like they are just in it for the money, and could care less about repeat business.  Word of mouth travels fast, especially in car communities.

They warranteed one of their units in a car I bought...
That experience alone locked me up with them!

Wow, sorry to hear about your bad experience with It's a snap, it was a real surprise to hear.  I have ordered from them before and never had any issues, even with technical problems that I ran into to. However, it has been a while back. Also, it was glad to hear that SPW does good business because I just recently ordered one of their window kits and am awaiting its arrival.  

Man it always stinks when a part doesn't work, they should be able to help you out, if you weren't the one to break it.
