I urge you to pick up an August 2008 issue of STREET RODDER magazine, they have a toucking tribute to both Lil' John and Boyd, written by the people that knew them best.

That's a great article that contains a lot of history. I enjoyed seeing Lil's Indy car efforts again. It brought back the days when independent builders could compete at Indy. And Boyd built a ton of milestone cars.

Yeah those days are long gone now. It's nice to see the whole history of these Icons.
