Im building a 31 model a p/u. I have a ford 302 engine I would like to bolt to a tremac 6 speed. I also have a 460 I original wanted to use, but this will not get good gas mileage. Does anyone know if I need to make any frame or cab modifications?
What type of suspension should I use? thanks in advance for any help.

Either engine will require either boxing the frame and adding new crossmembers or going to an aftermarket frame. If you look through the articles in Street Rodder you can see the various types of suspension which ultimately ends up bening a personal preference.
