I have an Outlaw 34 Ford with a mustang 2 front end.  I have the coil springs that came with the stage 3 chassis.  My problem is that I want to lower the front end by about two inches or so.                                      I was told that the springs will weaken some as I drive the car more.  Should I replace the coils with 350LB weaker springs made for an older car or what?  What is the best thing to do outside of getting adjustable coil over replacements for $500?

You didn't mention it so I'll ask, do you have the 2" drop spindles that are available at most rod parts stores? I think a pair would cost less than $300.00, then you don't have to change the springs.

It's only metal, It does not know if it is on a 50 Merc, or on a Lambo. Make it do what you want.
