Can anyone lead me in the right direction to find out how I can build a kit car in my garage and have it be street legal? I live in MN. Thanks

check DMV.ORG there are ways to title in your state for specialty constructed vehicles. Also try HOTRODDERS.COM
Depends on MN's daffynition of street legal. If your gonna use a kit , ask the company you get thekit from about getting it on the road when your done. You'll need to keep all reciepts for parts to show the athorities that nothing is stolen when you go to title it.
