Need someone with rod building experience.

I am in need of someone with rod building knowledge. I have a list items for building a Wild Ride based rod including tires and wheels, rolling chassis, windshield etc. and I will pay you for your expert opinion as to value. I would also need you to testify to this in court (approximate time 1 hour). This is not a joke, hoax or scam. I know the value and have done all the background work including getting all prices and documentation. I just need a knowledgeable, independent, impartial person to validate and I am paying for it.
I live in Florida so someone in Florida if preferable but will consider all interested. Want a paid vacation to Daytona or Orlando or want some extra cash to complete that rod this winter, let’s talk.
