We will be in Kentucky in August 2010 to buy a 32 roadster or the like and then join you all in the trip to Bonneville. When do the details of the tour come out?

Hi, I see that the dates for the trip to Bonneville speed week is out but how can I find out what dates we will be in each area/town, so we can book accommodation, especially for Speed week where accommodation is booked out in minutes! Thanks for your assistance.
