Chupps Hot Rods anyone?

I am looking for info on Chupps Hot Rods out of Oregon. He makes a 3/4 scale Deuce Rod that looks pretty interesting. The website states they were featured in a 2004 issue of Street Rodder, but the link is dead.
Does anybody here have any experience or knowledge of Chupps? If so, I really do appreciate any feedback.
